Minitool, Inc. sells their product, manufacturing
and associated assets to Ted Pella, Inc.
On April 23, 2024, Minitool, Inc. announced that they have sold their product, manufacturing and associated assets to Ted Pella, Inc. Renate and Frank Schaller, the owners of Minitool, Inc. signed the agreement with Tom Pella, owner and president of Ted Pella, Inc.
On May 1st, 2024, Minitool, Inc. will cease sales of their products and Ted Pella, Inc. will commence producing, selling and supporting the Minitool, Inc. product line.
“Minitool, Inc. was founded in 1965 by my father, Heinz Reich,” said Renate Schaller. “A skilled and experienced tool and die maker, he came up with clever designs and many ideas for tools designed to be used with microscopes.
After his death in 2001, the company was passed on to me, and Frank and I together have continued the legacy he began of creating and selling precision tools for microscopic and precision use. We are happy to have found Ted Pella, Inc.,
another family owned company who will now carry on the production and sales of this line of products.”
